CORICA (COmmunity Research In CAncer)

Aims to build infrastructure to reduce cancer disparities among low-income communities of color by conducting community-based research focusing on cancer screening, obesity, tobacco, nutrition, and physical activity. UCLA collaborates with the ten other funded sites located nationally on projects aimed at improving the uptake of evidence-based approaches to cancer prevention.
