To raise awareness about liver disease and liver cancer among high-risk populations, our center:
- Provides educational workshops for community health workers (promotores de salud) to improve their knowledge on liver disease and liver cancer and raise awareness about the disproportional impact on disadvantaged communities, in collaboration with Vision y Compromiso.
- Collected data on alcohol use through a community health survey, in collaboration with Valley Care Community Consortium.
