Angela Coron brings more than 20 years of health and human services management and consulting experience to her role as Managing Director of Community Benefit, with responsibility for 40 community benefit programs, community initiatives, and grant funding in the Southern California Region. Before joining KP, she served as Associate Director for Healthy Families and Medi-Cal Outreach, California Department of Health Services. Ms. Coron also served as Acting Director of the City of Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services, and as bureau manager for the City of Long Beach Human and Social Services.  Ms. Coron received a Masters’ Degree in Public Health Administration from the University of California in Los Angeles.
