Anthony Ortiz-Luis currently serves as the Executive Director of Valley Care Community Consortium, a nonprofit organization advocating for effective programs and policies to improve the health of San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley residents.

Founded in 1995, Valley Care Community Consortium (VCCC) collaborates with more than 200 community partners consisting of community-based organizations, community clinics, faith based institutions, hospitals, public agencies, research institutions, and schools working to improve access to quality, affordable health care. VCCC focuses on bringing together partners from the public and private sectors to seek out solutions that address the conditions, root causes, and policies that contribute to health disparities and poor health. VCCC and its partners envision communities that are safe, productive, and healthy.

Mr. Ortiz-Luis started his nonprofit career out of high school by co-founding a non-profit organization focused on leadership development, health literacy, and youth advocacy. He has two decades of experience bringing together public and private community partners to advance health equity and improving health access for all.
