Undergraduate Student Assistant


Emma He is an undergraduate Public Health major at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, with minors in Environmental Systems and Society and Global Studies. She is a Student Assistant at the UCLA Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Equity, where she develops community outreach materials, supports planning for Center events including the annual symposium, and helps advance health equity initiatives.

Emma has spent time working on community-based research and data analysis at UCLA, looking at things like civic engagement in Asian American communities, access to health care through UCSHIP, and environmental law around emerging climate technologies. These experiences have fueled her passion for health equity, sustainability, and social justice. In her free time, Emma enjoys discovering cafes around LA, exploring new hiking trails, and watching movies in theatres.
