Since our founding, we have continued to carry on the mission established by a group of community leaders who strived to provide a dependable healthcare resource for residents in northern Los Angeles County. Their vision for a healthier community continues to thrive more than 50 years later.
We have 18 health centers where we serve over 83,000 patients annually, and we serve over 37,000 monthly participants at our eight Women, Infants and Children (WIC) sites. We also proactively connect patients to social and economic community support services to help address the barriers that may impact a patient’s health outcome. Their patient-centered approach ensures that every individual receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
