Adel Domingo is a Program Manager with the Antelope Valley Partners for Health (AVPH). AVPH seeks to improve the lives of the most vulnerable and underserved population of the Antelope Valley. They partner with various organizations, groups, and businesses to create a community collaborative that promotes health and wellness for children, adults, seniors, and individuals in the Antelope Valley community.

Adel has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource development and 9 years of experience in Public Health. He holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organiation Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in psychology.
