Isabella (Bella) de Sa, B.S.

Project Coordinator


Isabella de Sa is a project coordinator for the UCLA Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Equity and the UCLA Center for Cancer Prevention and Control Research. She received her B.S. in Public Health from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2022.Following her graduation, Bella continued to work at the University of Michigan School of Public Health as a research coordinator, where she primarily studied environmental injustice and cancer epidemiology. Her other research interests include infectious disease prevention, the role of racism as a social determinant of health, improving healthcare access for houseless populations, and understanding differences in clinical health outcomes.Bella was born and raised in New York. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the sun, watching football (go blue), and exploring California.
