Yoli Origel

Executive Director and Founder, Cancer Kinship


Yoli Origel serves as the CEO and Founder at Cancer Kinship, a Southern CA-based nonprofit whose mission is to empower the cancer community to confidently face the disease through peer mentorship, survivor empowerment and education, and community resource navigation provided by caring and compassionate volunteers and staff.  Yoli’s nonprofit experience spans more than 25 years. She has served in various roles in local nonprofits where she provided direction and oversight in the areas of organization development, capacity-building, business development, program development and measurement, fund development and donor relations, volunteer recruitment and management, marketing and PR, partnership development and community outreach.

Yoli’s is also a 14-year Triple Negative Stage III breast cancer survivor whose life’s mission is to support newly diagnosed cancer patients, survivors, and thrivers through programs and services offered by Cancer Kinship. In her spare time, Yoli enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
